![]() Once your Cheese Provolone Baked Chicken is done, allow it to cool just a bit before serving. Mix sour cream with a half cup of Parmesan, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder and corn starch together. Bake the the whole thing for 1 hour, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Coat a 9x13 rectangular baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Season the stuffed chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. (The exact amounts are posted in the recipe below).
